Phlegmy Geode is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• 10% chance to shoot a booger tear with the Sinus Infection effect, sticking to enemies and constantly dealing damage to them over time.
  • The booger tears deal Golem's damage every second, and lasts for 10 seconds or until the enemy dies, burrows, jumps, or teleports away.
  • The chance to fire a booger tear increases with luck, reaching a 100% chance at 90 luck.
• Geode Bonus: Enemies with booger tears stuck on them will become slowed, for as long as the boogers remain on the enemy.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers: Multiplies the total chance to fire a booger tear.
• Sinus Infection / Nose Goblin: Increases the chance to fire booger tears when combined with Phlegmy Geode. Booger tears from these other items will also slow enemies they stick to if Phlegmy Geode's Geode Bonus is active.
  • With Nose Goblin, booger tears will also have a 50% chance to become homing.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Phlegmy Geode rerolls it into Lucky Geode.
